Vicky is a passionate disability advocate with over 15 years’ experience in the field of autism employment in Australia and the UK. Vicky’s experience includes developing autism specific transition programs with the National Autistic Society in London, training employers and higher education institutes across the UK and Australia and establishing NSW’s first autism specific employment service, Aspect Capable at Autism Spectrum Australia. Vicky is National Manager, Quality and Practice with Specialisterne Australia, dedicated to enabling organisations to create alternative recruitment pathways to access autistic talent and tap into the autism advantage. Passionate about working with employers to aid understanding of the strengths and capabilities of autistic individuals in the workplace, Vicky empowers employers to tap into these skills via innovative pathways and to create inclusive workplaces that embrace neurodiversity.
