Tamsin is President/CEO of AV, a 31 year old not for profit which focusses on creating autistic-led inclusion and belonging through strengths-based inclusion, including peer mentor community and employment supports. Tamsin believes in empowering individual’s to discover strengths in their different thinking. She is a lawyer, certified Aspergers autistic Job Coach (ICF), and active neurodiversity advocate. For six years, with AV’s passionate lived experience team, Tamsin has been transforming AV’s strategy to grow AV’s autistic co-designed and sustainable programs with her lens of neurodivergent lived experience. This includes AV’s successful Work KnowHow Program.
