Sofia is an experienced management professional with a strong background in Human Resources, finance, accounting, and business administration whose strength is to build strong and lasting relationships with the people she works with. As an innovative, ambitious thought leader, she advocates for economic participation and social inclusion and enjoys generating results. Sofia aims to make a difference where all community members can have meaningful engagement in the World of Work. Sofia recently worked with Aspergers Victoria to design, implement and manage the Teens Work KnowHow Program and other World of Work Initiatives. She is also the Founder and CEO of IFOS Enterprises, a small consulting business geared towards collaboration and helping businesses implement inclusive frameworks that integrate with finance, operations and business strategy.
