Samantha is an experienced Careers Coach, Workshop Facilitator and Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with a specific focus on Neurodiversity. She empowers neurodivergent people to design careers and lives they love and can thrive in. She is on a mission to positively impact the life and employment outcomes for all neurodivergent individuals, at an individual, organisational, and systemic level. Samantha has over 20 years of relevant experience in a variety of professional roles as a Careers and Employability Coach for the University of Sydney Business School, as an Early Years Recruiter and Talent Development Manager at Deloitte and as an Access and Inclusion Consultant for the Australian Network on Disability. She has a Postgraduate qualification in Coaching Psychology and utilises a broad range of evidence based coaching theory in her work. As a late diagnosed neurodivergent professional woman, she is able to draw on her own lived experience of being unknowingly and knowingly neurodivergent in the world; a unique perspective that adds value to her coaching work with individuals, and in supporting organisations to create cultures of belonging for people who are neurodivergent.
