Janine is the Communications Coordinator for NeuroEmploy Pty Ltd and an Adult ADHD Coach with the Neurodiversity Hub. She also coordinated NeuroEmploy 2022, an online virtual conference aiming to redefine Neurodiversity in the workplace for individuals and businesses across Australia.

Janine identifies as neurodivergent as a late-diagnosed ADHD woman (at the age of 45) – a moment that changed her life for the better. She has lived experience of depression, anxiety, and PTSD, has experienced burnout of differing severity several times throughout her life and supports a family member who experienced a Traumatic Brain Injury a number of years ago.

Janine has experience mentoring and coaching people with autism, ADHD and mental health challenges in time management and organisation, changing careers, identifying and pursuing their goals, overcoming burnout and changing how they live to support their neurodivergent selves to thrive. She loves nothing more than to walk alongside someone as they explore, learn, grow, recover and thrive.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies, a Life Coaching Certificate IV, and is accredited in Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid. Janine is also a qualified and award-winning project manager and co-author of Heart to Heart – A Path to Wellness.
